Return:
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, perfumes that have been opened, used, or unsealed are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances. Store credit, returns, or exchanges are only permitted in the following cases:
● The customer received the wrong product
● The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
In such cases, customers must provide clear photo evidence and contact customer service for assistance.
Refund Policy:
We allow returns within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the product is in its original condition. Please review our Return Policy page for more details. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
