Refund policy

Return:

If you receive the wrong product or if the product is damaged or defective, you may return the product at no additional cost. If you wish to return a product for any other reason, there is a $9.99 return fee. All returned products must be unused, with all IBRAHIM ALQURASHI tags still attached, in their original box and packaging, and include the original invoice. If the perfume is opened from its sealing and packaging, we cannot offer a refund. However, we can provide you with store credit for the amount you paid, which you can use for any future purchase from Ibrahim Al Qurashi.

 

Refund Policy:

We allow returns within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the product is in its original condition. Please review our Return Policy page for more details. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
