Payment and Delivery within the USA:

Customers within the US should make their payments once the order is finished. Your order will be delivered via a specialized shipping company. The delivery service covers all states and cities in the USA, ensuring a maximum delivery time of one week within major states, provided the product is in stock. Delivery to far regions and remote areas occurs on specific days.

Important Delivery Details within the USA:

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a clear delivery address, including building, villa, or flat number, street name, town, city, landmark notes, postal code, a valid telephone number, and the full contact name(s) as per the provided form.

Before placing an order, review the product description carefully and agree to the conditions of sale in “My Shopping Cart” and “Product Information, Stock, and Pricing.”

Orders are shipped through “Home Delivery” by our courier partner every day except Sundays and holidays and delivered within 3 to 7 working days. While delivery is typically door-to-door, there may be instances where it’s not possible due to courier company limitations or local laws.

Delivery Charges:

Orders under $200  are subject to a $9.99 delivery fee.

Orders exceeding $200 are exempt from delivery fees during promotional periods.

Cancellation:

We understand that circumstances may change, so if you decide to cancel your order before receiving it, contact our Customer Service, and we’ll make every reasonable effort to cancel it as long as it hasn’t been processed. If your order is already processed, it will be treated as a return. Refer to our Return section for further information.

Return:

If you receive the wrong product or if the product is damaged or defective, you may return the product at no additional cost. If you wish to return a product for any other reason, there is a $9.99 return fee. All returned products must be unused, with all IBRAHIM ALQURASHI tags still attached, in their original box and packaging, and include the original invoice. Open product packaging cannot be returned. Please note that the exchange and return policy excludes oil perfumes and Bakhour.

Refund Policy:

We allow returns within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the product is in its original condition. Please review our Return Policy page for more details. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Exchange:

You may exchange your product(s) within 7 days of receipt, subject to stock availability. All exchanged products must be unused, with all IBRAHIM ALQURASHI tags still attached, in their original box and packaging, and include the original invoice. Products with manufacturer defects can be replaced or returned, even if opened. Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), you may exchange it for a product of the same or lower value, with any excess refunded to you. For higher-value exchanges, you’ll need to pay the price difference and the $9.99 delivery fee at the time of the exchange.
